Returns and Refund Policy
E-Books and other Digital Products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Paperback, Hardcover Dustjacket, and other Print related and Physical Products
All physical products are returnable and subject to full refund excluding shipping charges, within a 30day period from the date of purchase.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not subject to refund or reimbursement.
All products must be in pristine condition and original packaging. Opened or used products will not be refunded. Damages include scuffing, stretching, cracking, bending, bruising, or any form of physical impairment.
If products are received by the customer in damaged condition, a replacement can be issued at no charge.
Prior to making a claim, the customer must provide proof of damage by way of imagery which can be forwarded to the following email.
All other inquiries with regards to returns and refunds can be forwarded to the following email.
All services, including editorial, design, marketing, and related author services are not subject to return. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions highlighted by your contract.
